To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and with tags. Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to make a return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Access our returns section and enter your order details. We will provide a shipping label. Be sure to pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include your printed invoice. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
